In December 2006, A. Kiameh Holding bought the shares of Compass Group International (One of the largest foodservice providers in the world, serving in more than 95 countries) and Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH is a leading hospitality and tourism company in the region with over 25 years experience) and changed the name of the company into USM-Catering s.a.l after becoming the sole shareholder of the company.
