OUR TICKETS

CAR ARRIVAL

Scan Ticket
To open and activate the ticket the valet greeter, scans the barcode on the ticket. This gives it a time-stamp and it appear s on the “Arrival Board”.
Scan Vin
By scanning the VIN, the AVPM® system will decode the year, make and model of the car.
First Audit
The color coding method makes it very easy to understand all the arrivals/departures times and any problems can be addressed quickly.
Damage Audit
Damage control pictures are available when using our valet parking apps from any iPhone/iPod device.
Car Data Gathering
After parking the vehicle valet jockey or cashier can easily enter vehicle/guest data from their mobile devices and assign a location in the App to the car parked.
Car Request
Guests can request their car through several method as following:
  • a- Sending your ticket code through SMS.
  • b- Scanning our QR code with our app or any QR reader app.
  • c- At arrival Guest can share their mobile number and they will receive a link by SMS enabling them to recall the car by following the link.
  • d- Calling the counter.
  • e- Sending an email.
  • f- Using any of the UPM Kiosk in the premise to scan the ticket
Guest Notification
The valet attendants can reply back with a custom preset message to the guest.
Valet Receives Vehicle Request
Valet Completes Vehicle Delivery
The guest will receive the car and the UPM system will record all transactions including how long the wait was, who brought it up and exactly when the vehicle is delivered.
Payment method can be through cash or credit card.

Automated Reporting

Daily scheduled reports by email
Our system enable us to set up an automated feature of sending on daily/weekly/periodically a set of reports to clients in order to have an update on the operation and the activity volume.

Online Live Reporting

Our Automated system grant the client an online access to check and audit the live operation on site.
It dispose a set of ready made reports, in addition it gives the flexibility to prepare several customized reports based on the client request.
